Horizons, by Neil Dawson, is one of the coolest and mind-boggling optical illusions. What appears to be a cartoonish blanket being swept up by the wind on a green field is actually a large structure made of welded steel. Do you see it? Additional angles in the gallery below.

Optical Illusion IRL of the Day: At the Royal Horticultural Society’s Chelsea Flower Show, James Dyson, he of the Dual Cyclone bagless vacuum, installed this glorious, M.C. Escher-inspired water fountain dubbed “Wrong Garden,” which is designed to give the illusion of water traveling uphill. A high-res shot of the piece can be seen here. [via.]
